The Spa at Labrador
We offer a variety of wellness activities and services for you to relax and enjoy your visit at Labrador Lakehouse. You will also have a 20 minute red light sauna included after your 60 minute session with one of our practitioners. Please consult a physician before you agree to any of our services. Thank you!
Red Light Therapy Sauna
The Maxxus 2 Person Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna is a sauna that uses FAR infrared carbon heating panels to remove body toxins, increase blood circulation, ease pain, burn calories, and improve skin tone. It feels fantastic!
You can adjust the temperature and light color. A good sweat temperature ranges between 130 to 150 degrees. It feels fantastic!
Aroma Soaker Bath
Enjoy 50 blissful minutes of relaxation and pampering in a private bedroom with a large, soaking tub. You'll engage all of your senses with bubbles, music, candles, and detoxifying distilled water. Beautiful lake views are included.
Licensed Massage Therapist & Biofield Tuning
Meredith's massage style incorporates Somatic Muscle Release Technique which is a modality that moves the body into the direction of its existing patterns to elicit an unwinding response in the tissue and activating the nervous system. It is so relaxing! These moves work wonderfully in between Swedish and Deep tissue flow strokes to offer a lovely mix of relaxation and pain relief/ prevention! She also uses Lymph drainage and Cranio Sacral techniques.

Jamie is a Reiki Master who helps clients clear energy blockages. Infusing this renewed energy has been compared to a massage for the aura.

Reflexology for your Face and Feet
Shanna is a certified and experienced holistic massage Reflexologist. She focuses on your face and feet with her magic touch.
You will also receive red light therapy on your face during the session while she works on your feet. You will be so relaxed!

No Grocery Shopping - For Lodging Guests
Send us your grocery list and we'll stock the kitchen before you arrive. We unpack and strategically put your food away. Your drinks will be cold and refreshing right when you arrive!
